We’re Hiring: HR Specialist & Sales Supervisor (Saudi Nationals Only)
We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist with strong sales supervision capabilities to manage all HR-related functions , while also overseeing sales operations and performance. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Saudi HR laws and regulations, combined with the ability to lead and drive sales team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (Primary Role):
Manage all HR operations related to sales staff
Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and HR regulatory requirements
Handle employment contracts, renewals, terminations, and employee records
Manage attendance, leaves, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations
Support Saudization (Nitaqat) and ensure regulatory compliance
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for sales positions
Act as the main HR point of contact for sales employees
Implement and enforce company HR policies and procedures
Sales Supervision (Secondary Role):
Supervise daily activities of the sales team
Monitor sales KPIs, targets, and individual performance
Support sales strategy implementation with management
Coach and motivate sales staff to achieve and exceed targets
Ensure alignment between HR policies and sales operations
Support commission structures and performance-based incentives
Requirements:
✅ Saudi nationality
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations in Saudi Arabia
✅ Proven experience in sales supervision or sales team management
✅ Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance
✅ Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, and related HR platforms
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
✅ Ability to manage, motivate, and evaluate sales teams
✅ Ability to work locally within Saudi Arabia
